CSA - Week 2

The second week of my CSA arrived this week. In the beginning there will be a lot of greens I am told so I will need to find more ways to cook them other than braising. This week we got:

Kale

Spinach

Onions

Radish

Arugula - the sign of truly elitist hippy food

Lettuce

So the menu this week was a lot of salad and braised kale.

  1. Kale chips? I keep seeing them on vegan blogs but I wonder if a non-vegan would fall similarly in love.
