CSA - Week 16

This week we got parsley, edamame, 'taters, cucumber, yellow squash, tomatoes and okra or for the first time ever a "What the fuck? I don't want to eat that."

But I am sure I will find something to do with the okra.

FRY IT!! I am from the south, and I don't think there is another way to eat it other than fried or pickled!! YUM!!

We get okra in our CSA every week and we put it on skewers, brush it with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then grill it. It is so good, it minimizes the slimy-ness of the inside, and it's pretty healthy!
